Extremely Important!
Both Talent AND Employers, PLEASE READ:
There are four reasons why this form exists.
1. To let us know the assignment was completed.
2. To let us know that all necessary paperwork has been completed.
3. To let us know how it went. . .
and "THE BIG ONE!"
4. To get the Talent paid!
TCM partners ultimately review most
ARs when time allows. But when payroll is TCM's responsibility, in order
to avoid check delays, the process is 100% automated through an online
payroll service which receives your AR submission without any involvement
by TCM staff at all. . . and tries to match it with instructions and funds
on deposit that we've submitted at the same time the Assignment Confirmation
was transmitted to the Talent. The system runs matches in San Antonio,
Texas, weekly on Friday mornings beginning at 12:01 AM, U. S. Central Time.
Checks are cut and mailed from Friday through the following Monday, depending
on our payroll service's volume.
It is necessary that both Client/Employers
and Talent carefully enter names and dates exactly as they appear in TCM's
Casting and Assignment Confirmation messages; (EACH ASSIGNMENT REQUIRES
A SEPARATE REPORT). We enter both stage names AND legal names in payroll
forms (so either should work). . . and the system is remarkably perceptive
about misspellings. But the first three letters of any name are critical.
The payroll interface can read Louise LaSalle as Louis LaSalle; it can
even figure out Louis La Salle (space in the middle of last name). But
it could not handle Luis Lavalle. (We know it can't because it didn't on
one occasion in 2001.)
So, please, just take your time.
Take a look at the original Confirmation message if necessary, and PROOFREAD
before you SUBMIT.
When payroll is the responsibility
of some other third party, we are often able to satisfy documentation requirements
by simply forwarding our copy of both completed ARs (Employer's AND Talent's)
to the paying authority.
A valid (and verifiable) U. S. Social Security Number is necessary
for payment to individuals. TALENT: IF YOU ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY

FOOT OF THE FORM. (Additional U. S. INS documentation may be required
before payment can be processed to any foreign national performing work
within the U. S. )
Thanks for your cooperation!
