Constituent Organization Awards of Achievement (COAA) seek to recognize AAPA constituent organizations that have developed and successfully executed innovative programs or projects with demonstrated overall positive results in health care, the PA profession, volunteer leadership development, and constituent organizational growth.
COAA application process contains three steps and each must be completed in its entirety:
1. Download and complete the
COAA Activity Plan.
2. Complete the COAA Application form below.
3. Upload a completed COAA Activity Plan and supporting documentation in COAA Application.
4. Submit.
