Audiovisual Requirements

Arrangements and payment for audiovisual equipment must be made through the AAPA's official contractor - contact information to follow in your confirmation memo.



Food and Beverage Requirements


All space assignments will be made through the AAPA Meeting Services Department. You must confirm and pay for food and beverage arrangements directly with the catering department at the Marriott - contact information to follow in your confirmation memo.



Billing Information

You will be responsible for all charges associated with this event; you must establish an account with the Marriott. Upon confirmation of the date and location of your event, you will receive the contact information for the Catering and Convention Services Manager. All arrangements should be made directly with the Catering or Convention Services manager.
