PPAP/LAPD Visit

ORGANIZATION OR INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATION VISIT FOR YOUR CONSTITUENT ORGANIZATION

The American Academy of Physician Assistants offers constituent organizations face-to-face consultations from PA peers who serve on AAPA leadership groups. If your constituent organization is interested in a visit, please complete the following form to help us determine the best type of visit to arrange.

PPAP is a free resource designed to strengthen constituent organizations through peer-facilitated, customized organizational development activities. PPAP facilitators meet with constituent organization leaders for a full day program where organizational assessment, management, growth and planning assistance are provided. PPAP is a subcommittee of the Constituent Relations Committee (CRC).

The Leadership and Professional Development Council advances the Academy's philosophy of leadership excellence and promotes the personal and professional development of individual PAs. The council accomplishes this by providing the PA Development Toolbox and offering presentations focused on individual leadership development.
