1.) Meeting Date and Time requests are honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2.) CAL Staff will set up the meeting and send you the login details as the meeting host/initiator. You must be logged into this account in order to open the meeting room. Within the same email, CAL staff will provide you the invitation to send out to your participants with the meeting room URL and conference call details.
3.)As the host,
DO NOT
use this URL to access the meeting. Login to your Adobe Connect Account to open and start the meeting
