As stated in Policy/Procedure #4, "CAL members who present a program at their Association/Division's spring meeting and those who present programs at CAL workshops are not expected to pay workshop registration fees." However, in order for the presenter(s) to receive the same items as participants (lunch, coffee, name badge etc.) he/she will still need to register and place a discount code in the payment area of CVENT to waive the charges. CAL staff will provide this discount code to the workshop organizer who will then need to forward it onto the presenter(s)
before
registration opens.
