We need you! On-site conference volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks. Most shifts are two hours. Use this form to sign up to volunteer.

AV
: Assist with AV equipment at presentations and contact the AV Coordinator if a higher level of help is required. (Needed Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
Cyber Cafe Host
: Greet Cyber Cafe users, communicate with AV staff on any technical issues; offer basic orientation and assistance to users as needed. (Needed Friday and Saturday.)
Exhibits
: Watch booths so exhibitors can take a break, assist exhibitors as needed during the conference and set-up (Needed Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Preconference Liaisons
: Help program presenters and conference attendees find their way around the conference center, use walkie talkies to communicate with AV staff and planning office; introduce and assist the speaker with handouts; make necessary announcements; call for A/V equipment assistance as needed; hand out and collect evaluation forms from attendees. (Needed Thursday)
Program Liaisons
: Guide presenters and conference attendees to the correct amenities; use walkie talkies to communicate with AV staff and planning office; assist speakers and attendees with handouts; call for A/V equipment assistance as needed; monitor activity in corridor outside workshop room; collect evaluation forms. (Needed Friday & Saturday)
Registration
: Staff the registration desk to distribute name badges, event tickets, and conference bags to attendees, vendors, and presenters, and direct them to the materials area (Needed Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
Ticket Assistants
: Take tickets at ticketed/keynote events and refer un-ticketed attendees to the ticket sales booth (Needed Friday & Saturday)

Committee assignments are made on a first come, first served basis, so please send in your application early.
