Q:
How do I add an image to my form?
A:
Go to "Form->Edit" and add an Image Item (found under Formatting Items). Note, you can link to images on your web server, or, if you are a paying customer, you can upload images to our server. If you are going to be using a secure form, you must upload the images to our server and choose the image from the Image Chooser on the page. If you do not add the image as described, you will get "insecure" warning messages when you access the form. These same "insecure" warning messages will appear if you link an image from your server to a secure form on FormSite.com.
