How do I get form results e-mailed to me?

A:

For every form you create, you can have the results of the form mailed to one or more email addresses. To specify the addresses:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to the Notifications page for the form you are working with.
  3. Create a new Notification and choose "Defined Addresses" as the "To".
  4. Enter your email address. For multiple addresses, separate each with a comma.
  5. Save the settings on the page.
