There are three primary wayt to distribute your form and start collecting results: By E-Mail, Link, or Embedded Link.
All methods are handled from the same section on the welcome page.
By E-Mail
You can click the "Form Link" or "Secure Form Link" to open the form in a new window. Then copy the address bar and paste that into an e-mail.

By A Link On Your Web Page
Click on the "Publish/HTML Links" page. Click on the " Get HTML Link " or "Get Secure HTML Link" and paste the HTML code onto your web page.
Embedded Into Your Web Page
Many users like to display their form within the context of their own web site. This can also be accomplished fromthe Publish/HTML Links, by using the "Get Embedded Page HTML" feature. Pasting that HTML code onto your web page will make the FormSite form appear within your site's layout.
