Editing Your Form
The edit screen of FormSite.com provides three distinct regions:
Mouse over your form, and then choose your action from the floating panel. Use the Add (Before and After) area to put new items on your form, making each question suit your needs.
After clicking the action to Add an item, you will be presented with a list of possibilities.
Move your mouse over each picture for a description of the item. Click the item, and we will ask the specific details of how you want this item to appear on your form.
