Description of the test the following questions apply to:

A small tissue biopsy is taken from the patient’s wound and is mailed to, processed and analysed in a central lab for a “prognostic” genetic signature. This prognostic output will inform you whether or not a patient’s wound is likely to respond to standard treatment and have the potential to heal within 3 months from time of diagnosis . The test will take 48 hours to provide the prognostic decision.
