By completing this form you agree to pay a cancellation fee of 100% should you fail to show up for your lesson without giving at least 24 hours notice via SMS to your instructor? EXCEPTION: lesson is rescheduled within 24hours of original lesson time (subject to availability). Lessons at our Melbourne venue are not available on Sundays and if you are booking for multiple people and one person cannot make it on the day there are no refunds. Participants skate at their own risk.
