To Return Item, you would like:

Ups to Pick up Item – US only (not Canada) - for items received damaged or wrong item sent or defective items. Someone must be at the original shipping address at all times. UPS will take up to 10 days to pick item up. UPS can only pickup from the address they delivered to). Once this option is chosen, we pay UPS to come pickup the items at our cost and return shipping is no longer refundable if you send the items back on your own.
I Will Ship Item Back (Enclose your shipping receipt – You will be reimbursed for your shipping charges (if item was received damaged, defective or in error). Shipping reimbursement will not exceed original shipping charges to you.
