We have the experience and the hardware/software necessary to conduct very large Internet surveys. Group Collaboration

We have the functionality available to identify an administrator account for a group of users. Any user belonging to a specific administrator will be able to use forms from the administrator account as form templates in the creation of new forms. The administrator's forms replace our default templates. Additionally, a user can create a form and "send" it to the administrator to be added to the administrators database of forms. This functionality is of particular interest to organizations who want to have a central repository of templates to use for form creation. We have one client who uses this functionality to maintain a common look and feel of their Internet surveys across regional offices. Custom Development

Enhancements to FormSite.com are almost entirely driven by client customization requests. Frequently clients will approach us and ask us to enhance FormSite.com in some fashion.
