Bylaws Submission Form - Use this form for submitting amended bylaws and standing rules for review and approval only.

Texas PTA continually strives to provide effective and efficient service and support to our PTA leaders and members. The Bylaws Made Easy Form should be included with this submission place of the entire bylaws document, which can be found here on our Bylaws Resources & Forms webpage.
Standing Rules must be included with this submission if your PTA already has Standing Rules.
If your submission only seeks to amend your PTA's Standing Rules, you still must include a copy of your Bylaws with this submission so the state-level volunteer reviewing your submission can ensure that Standing Rules and Bylaws do not conflict.
Upon approval, a copy of the bylaws and/or Standing Rules will be returned to the submitter with an approved date stamp.  Processing averages 6-8 weeks. Please contact bylaws@txpta.org if you have questions.
