This form is to gauge need vs. availibilty for summer coach trainings.

Completing this form does NOT secure a spot in a class. Select from the dates below, your first and second choice of clinic dates.
Note, you must attend a series of three sessions in the same series.
As clinics are finalized, interested parties will be emailed with next steps to register for clinics. At that time, payment will be due.
Fees will be: $75.00 for CalNorth members (SFYS, SFPAL, MYSL and any Micro Soccer coach moving up). Non-members pay additional $40.00 fees.

Dates are set - but clinic size will be based on need. Determine which session(s) will work for you and SFYS will follow up with registration/payment instructions. Reminder - Just completing this form does NOT secure your clinic spot.

Caveats:

Must attend all three dates in succession
Class times: Each date 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Costs: $75.00 for CalNorth coaches (all SF Youth Soccer coaches are CalNorth coaches). Non-CalNorth coaches pay additional $40.00 non-member fees.
