The purpose of this form is to provide prospective player's information to coaches and managers so they can invite players to join their team for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013. This database is the vehicle to enable parents and coaches to start a dialogue.

Reminder: Vikings League does not pair players with teams or coaches with players, apart from this open submission process. The onus is on both coaches to find players and players to find teams.

Note: Player's name will not be public, but gender and birthdate will, so that coaches can at a glance determine which players are eligible for contacting.
