The purpose of this form is to provide prospective player's information to coaches and managers so they can invite players to join their team. This database is the vehicle to enable parents and coaches to start a dialouge. Once you find a team to join, there will be paperwork that needs to be filled out and submitted to your team manager/coach by their registration appointment.
