Audience: Open to Supervisors/Managers

It is recommended that you submit your request through your agency/university training coordinator to insure the cost of these classes will be covered. If you do not know who to contact, please contact Heather Evans at (919) 733-2601 or heather.evans@osp.nc.gov.

Refund & Substitution Policy: You may cancel registration up to ten business days prior to a course start date and receive a full refund. After that, cancellations result in NO REFUND. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for full payment. If you need to cancel less than ten business days prior to the course start date, you may send a substitute.
