1. Financial Performance
Provide information to support the company’s sustained financial strength and soundness and its contribution to the Colorado economy. Information provided may include employment levels, years in business, revenues, operating income, net income, total assets, and/or equity. The current economic situation will be considered in evaluating your company compared to your peers.
The judges are looking for successful companies over a sustained period and are not necessarily looking for the “largest”, “fastest growing”, “most profitable”, etc. Please send supporting financial information to Deloitte, Attn: Devona Renee, 555 17th Street, Suite 3600, Denver, CO 80202 / email drenee@deloitte.com. Deadline for submission is June 15, 2012. Deloitte will hold all financial information in strict confidence and will not be disclosed beyond the judges panel.

Describe and provide examples of your company’s unique and outstanding contribution to the community.

Describe your company’s unique or outstanding achievement. This could be in an area such as marketing innovation, product innovation, operational efficiency, or it could be any other area for which you would like your company to be known and recognized (outside of community involvement).
Nonprofit companies please include the following:
Submissions should highlight those aspects of the criteria unique to the nonprofit sector, such as efficiencies in managing administrative expenses; or, quantifying the net impact of an organization’s community involvement, such as:
1. Number of people impacted or served
2. Number of programs supported by the organization
3. Specific outcomes accomplished
4. Significant accomplishment or contribution to the community
Also, it may be helpful to outline how an organization is specifically engaged in mainstream for-profit practices to solve a social problem related to the mission of the organization.
