Do you need to track support?  E.g. You have Customer Service people who need to use the same system for tracking customer issues/problems?
Do you need Microsoft Exchange integration?  Nearly all CRM systems will link to Outlook directly for e-mail integration.
Do you need to track marketing campaigns in a 'detailed' way?
