FOR CONVERTING STANDARD $45 ADS TO A SLIDESHOW.
If you are not changing your Slide Show Photos,
please use our standard SLIDESHOW RENEWAL FORM.

By filling out this form you concent that we will run your SLIDESHOW for another 90 days for $35. You will be prompted to submit NEW photos to us after pressing the SUBMIT button on the bottom. If you are converting your existing $45 ad to a SLIDESHOW this changes your run-till-sold status to a 90-day status.

I, the undersigned, authorize Cars-On-Line to publish, using the photograph's provided and advertise my vehicle or personal property (automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, campers, houses, buildings, and others.
I also release Cars-On-Line from all liability in the photography, production, and reproduction of any and all photographs taken of me and my property. I have read the Ad Agreement and will abide by its terms.

advertisement to run for up to another 90 Days as well as update the slideshow with new photos.

I agree to pay in full $35.00 to CONVERT my existing $45.00 run-till-sold ad to a 90-day SLIDESHOW ad. I understand that my SLIDESHOW will expire after 90-days.
