My form has an error saying the capacity is full. Why is this there and how do I fix it?
Every service level has limits on the various account components, such as number of forms, number of results, etc. That message indicates that you have reached your account's results limit. Your options are to upgrade your account to a service level with a higher limit or to delete results to make space for more. To see the various service levels and their limits visit our Pricing page.
