Celebrate Lone Tree’s Inaugural Food and Music Festival.

Our goal is to create a Festival filled with Food, Wine, Beer, Music and Artisans that will bring together and celebrate our community!

 

Forks Corks & Ales invites you to join the festivities by becoming a

Vendor Participant at this year's event!

Booth spaces are first come, first serve and all

vendors are required to offer a food/snack/artisan product to sell.

To host this event, all alcohol provided by Lone Tree Chamber only.

If you do not have your temporary event food retail license prior to registering, please email it to lindsay@eventdesignusa.com when obtained.

Vendor Payment

All restaurants and artisans will be provided with a 10' x 10' tent, one 8' table and two chairs.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendor Responsibilities: 

Vendor shall maintain a clean and safe operation for the full duration of the festival. The vendor shall clean up their booth site and remove or dispose of trash. Vendors are expected to comply with all federal, state and local laws and shall have all appropriate licenses, permits and other required documentation. Subletting or booth sharing is not permitted and without prior permission from event management.

 

Make the Most of Your Booth:

All vendors are responsible for booth decoration. To ensure the best visibility for you, Please bring the necessary items (Table coverings, flowers, décor) to create an inviting and fun display.

We encourage you to bring coupons as we want you to generate repeat business.

Bring your signage/banner that is 12" x 8' which can only be hung from the front edge of the tent with cable ties.

 

Please note that we require all vendors on premise to carry liability insurance.

 

You MUST obtain a temporary special event license to sell items, click here for

information and to obtain a temporary event food retail license.


Additionally, you will need to obtain a Lone Tree business license
(if you don't already have one).
