One form to many people example
Job applicant scenario: A potential employee fills out an application form. Several different team members review the application and provide feedback about the candidate. Here's how it works:
- 1 A job applicant fills out a form that collects detailed information including an uploaded resume and cover letter.
- 2 A Notification email is immediately sent to several different individuals (eg. HR, Tech Lead, Manager, Director, etc.) notifying them of the application. A link is included in the email that opens a form containing the application information.
- 3 The recipients of the email review the application and complete the form with their comments and recommendations.
- 4 A Notification email is sent to the hiring coordinator containing the feedback from each person.
