Yes. Click the button above to start your 14-day free trial and after 14 days, the account goes to Free level automatically. No credit card is required. The limits for Free service level are 5 forms, 10 results per form and 50MB file space.

At the end of 14 days, your account will revert to the free level of service. You can upgrade your account to a paid level of service at any time.

Yes. To change plans, login and go to User Menu -> Billing then click the Upgrade/Renew tab. You can change between monthly and yearly from there, too.
Many organizations will start with one or two Formsite accounts. More accounts can be set up as usage increases, allowing a given organization to grow to a large number of accounts. At your request, we can sync all account renewal dates and bill under a single invoice, greatly increasing your control and reducing your administrative costs
We offer the same prices to all customers. We do not offer discounts of any kind and we do not run periodic sales. Our pricing remains competitive while we steadily add more features and functionality.
We accept all major credit cards for all upgrades and renewals. Monthly and yearly plans are renewed automatically until service is cancelled.
Cancelling the paid service stops the auto-renewal and your account will be reverted to the Free service level on your next billing date.
