Our Scoring feature will let you make online quizzes that can also automatically tally up a user’s score based on how they answered. Present multiple choice questions or even text write-in fields for the user. You can assign point values to responses or enter a list of correct answers. At the end, users can see their score, which items they got right, and even optional explanations for each question. Rules will let you create conditional logic that can be used to show or hide items, or send the user to different pages based on how they fill out the form. This can be used to control the user’s path through the form, or present a customized list of questions.
