Can I send emails after forms are submitted?

Yes, forms in all paid accounts can send Notification emails after successful form submissions.

How do I send to an email entered into the form?

Use an Email Address item in the form, then you can set the Notification’s To field to use that form item as the recipient.

Can I send more than one email for each result?

Yes, you can create multiple Notifications and use different recipients in the To field. For emails sent to defined addresses, you can add them in the To field separated by commas.

Can I send the result answers in the email?

Check the Notification setting to include results then choose the format. The default Table format sends the questions and answers in an HTML table, and the Populated Form Link sends a link to see the form with the answers inserted.

How do I send the result as an attached document?

The Results Docs format lets you include the answers as a PDF or Word document attached to the email.

Can I send a custom HTML email?

Yes, you can enable the Notification’s message and use the text editor to format your message, or click the Source Code button to edit the email’s HTML.

Is it possible to personalize the email?

Yes, Pipe codes can be used in the email subject line and message to customize the Notification by inserting values entered into the form.

Can I set up conditional email notifications?

Yes, you can set up email notifications to be sent out conditionally after a form submission.
Based on the user’s responses, you can trigger the emails to be sent with different content or to different email addresses.
