The email address on the account isn't mine so I can't reset the password. What can I do?
If you need to gain access to the account but the account email address is not yours, please provide us as much information as possible via the Support Form to verify your identity. Include a URL to one of your forms, the previous name on the account, and the last 4 numbers of the card that pays for the account and we will work with you to establish the proper account ownership.
