Multiple page forms are useful in many situations where a single page might too long. Visitors may be more comfortable filling out a few questions at a time rather than the entire form at once. In these cases, segmenting the form into related subjects and similarly-sized pages may help to increase visitor completion and accuracy. You can also collect partial results with each page submission.

Rules allow you to customize the flow of your form based on criteria that you define. Item Rules are used to show/hide individual items. Page Rules are used to control the user’s path through the form, allowing them to jump to different pages, or repeat the current page again.
