How do I get an email for every form submission?

For every form you create, you can have the results of the form mailed to one or more email addresses.

  • 1. Log into your account.
  • 2. Click the Edit link on the form, then go to "Form Settings->Notifications".
  • 3. Create a new Notification and choose "Defined Addresses" as the "To" field.
  • 4. Enter your destination email address. For multiple addresses, separate each with a comma.
  • 5. Save the settings on the page.
