Notifications Example

Be notified when your forms and surveys are submitted by receiving an email. You can have a Notification sent to yourself, back to the person who filled out the form, or a third party. This is a great way to know when a new order comes in or someone signs up for your program. You can also send more details to the user as a receipt or include special instructions.

With a Notification, you can customize the information that will be sent in the email. Choose from one of several formats to show the results in or simply add a custom message. If you accept files on the form you can have them attached to the email. You can also add Conditional Logic Rules so that a given email will only be sent out when the form was filled out a certain way. In addition to this, we also offer special Email Routing items that can have the emails sent to a different person based on what options the user selects on the form. All of this combined allows you to setup extremely simple or complex email campaigns that will all happen automatically as your form gets filled out.

Piping Example

Piping is a simple feature that allows you to do powerful things. At its simplest, Piping allows you to take what the user entered in one item and insert it into another item. You can use this in a lot of interesting ways. Set the default value for an item to what the user typed in earlier, or show the user’s name or other details in a section of text or an item’s question. This can provide user-friendliness or a better level of personalization while the user fills out the form. You can also pipe in the user’s responses into custom Notification email or Success Pages messages, or even into redirect URLs that can be used to send data to another site. In addition, we also have “smart” Piping features such as the ability to conditionally set a default in case the user doesn’t enter any info into the source item. You can even pipe extra information from the result such as its unique Reference # value, order total or score, among other data.

Funneling Example

Enhance your forms with advanced features. Funneling is perfect for surveys or questionnaires, or anytime you want to collect in-depth details. Your form will adapt to the user with no custom coding required.

Funneling can be used to drill down, or ask follow-up questions, based on the user’s responses. You can add a multiple choice item like a Checkbox or Radio Button, and then later on the form prompt for more input for only the choices that the user selected. Usually this would take a lot of effort to setup, but you can do this easily with our Funneling feature. Just add the items, link them with the Funneling option, and you’re done!

Calculations Example

Make powerful forms by processing equations based upon your user’s input. With the Calculations feature, you will be able to produce output dynamically based on how users fill out your form. Calculate the material needed to cover a customer’s order, perform measurement conversions, or calculate a custom equation automatically. The Calculation item allows you to enter an equation and you can add input from fields the user filled out along with constants that you define. You can even add multiple Calculation items with different equations or that use the output from one as input into the next. Save the Calculation output with your results, or optionally add them into the Order or Scoring total to enhance those features even further.
